Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfiedcustomer experience proven by engaging and interacting with allcustomers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy,and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres toall operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May becross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order tosupport the needs of the business. Role models established customerexperience practices with internal and external customers Supportsand embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity,and respect Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and countschange back to customer according to established operatingprocedures Promotes credit and loyalty programs Maintains andupholds merchandising philosophy and follows establishedmerchandising procedures and standards Accurately processes andprepares merchandise for the sales floor following companyprocedures and standards Initiates and participates in storerecovery as needed throughout the day Maintains all organizational,cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor andparticipates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire storeProvides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback Adheresto all labor laws, policies, and procedures Supports andparticipates in store shrink reduction goals and programsParticipates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environmentOther duties as assigned
