Retail Sales Associate Clarity Marketing Inc New Brunswick, NJ 08901 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with understanding the products, and promoting the clients services within a retail setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a desire to create a positive shopping experience for all customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them face-to-face. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales kiosk by cleaning and arranging merchandise effectively. Process sales transactions accurately within our POS system. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Adhere to store policies regarding safety, security, and inventory management. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
