Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance. Utilize basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions efficiently. Uphold high standards of customer service throughout all interactions. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members. Experience with cash handling processes is a plus.
