As a Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our establishment, whether in a kitchen, café, or retail setting. Duties Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety. Skills Experience in a kitchen or quick service fast food restaurant is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. Culinary skills or experience in a café or grocery store setting can enhance your candidacy. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
