Retail Sales Associate W. Kodak Jewelers 275 Route 10 East, Succasunna, NJ 07876 Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their needs, maintaining store displays, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Perform basic math calculations for sales and returns. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Upsell products by highlighting additional items that complement customer purchases. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers; bilingual skills are a plus. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems is advantageous. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
