Clarity Labs is a CLIA- and CAP-accredited laboratory, licensed in all 50 states. We offer testing for the following laboratory disciplines toxicology and molecular. Responsibilities Ability to adapt ≺ioritize across multiple tasks. Ability to persuade medical prospects for in person appointments and in services to better understand Clarity Labs offerings. Focusing on key and target accounts as per company direction Generate leads and sales through client and prospect relationship development. Work closely with new clients during their implementation to ensure proper set up and reduce future issues. Develop relationships with current clients to maintain business and obtain additional outside business from other areas within the account and referrals. Comfortable introducing yourself to new people and face to face relationship building. Professionally promote our company and brand through face-to-face interactions and/or targeted video calls. Ensure future customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service, building relationships at multiple levels within the account to maximize efficiency of call point process. Provide continuing education to prospective customers on company technologies and laboratory testing. Responsible for achieving annual prospect sales appointment for defined territory. Establish positive long term potential clients though scheduling CRM and documenting all relevant prospecting activities. Work closely with President of Business Development to develop assigned territory in line with Clarity Labs objectives. Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presents in assigned territory. Act in accordance with all compliance with company policies and state and federal government regulations Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role, sales experience in medical and/or laboratory industry is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong work ethic, energetic, proactive, and ability to work independently in accordance with company policies. Excellent problem solving, communication, organization, and time leadership skills. Flexibility and ability to adapt to new demands, strong sense of urgency. Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Must be able to travel within the coverage area. Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships documenting via CRM. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask.

Tri State Area, Mainly New Jersey Salary Range- $50,000-$62,000, depending on experience, quarterly bonuses will be given for this role if expectations are met, based on the company achieving targeted yearly goals.
