The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, including features, benefits, and usage. Assist in inventory management, including restocking product and organizing merchandise. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Educate customers on proper use of products, including any relevant medical terminology or aseptic techniques. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to retail management and sales practices. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Knowledge of laboratory systems, medical billing, and EyeCare is helpful Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
