• About the Role
• We seek a bilingual (Chinese-English) Sales Associate with multimedia platform expertise to support our machinery equipment sales in North America and global markets. You will drive client engagement, sales operations, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Key Responsibilities
• Handle client communications in
• English & Mandarin
• (email/phone/social media)
• Manage content on multimedia platforms (website/social media/e-commerce)
• Process orders, quotes, and bilingual contracts
• Analyze sales data & generate bilingual reports
• Support digital campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Qualifications
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• (written & spoken)
• Proficient in social media management (WeChat/LinkedIn/Facebook) & basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
• Knowledge of machinery/industrial products is a
