Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive and professional attitude Prioritizing and responding promptly to clients or sales team inquiries Communicating with clients and sales team efficiently through email and phone Emailing supply orders requests from clients and sales team Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support Communicating, coordinating, and assisting colleagues as necessary Packing and shipping marketing materials to Sales Representatives upon request Organizing, packing, and shipping of Pathology slides upon request Perform other job-related duties as required

Requirements:

Laboratory background or medical experience required Ability to convey a positive and professional demeanor and appearance in all communications Excellent phone/computer skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly
