$18+ Uncapped Commission We’re looking for confident and experienced Inside Sales pros who know how to book quality appointments. This is a fully remote sales opportunity focused on high-volume outbound calls to both cold and warm leads . You’ll schedule appointments for our closers and earn commissions when those appointments turn into sales. If you’re driven, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced calling environment — you can earn six figures or more in this role. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads Use a provided script and adjust as needed to qualify prospects Schedule appointments for our sales team Track activity and follow-up in our CRM system Hit daily and weekly performance metrics What We’re Looking For Cold calling experience (required) Strong communication and objection-handling skills Motivated, coachable, and independent Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Preferably in NY, NJ, or CT Compensation & Schedule Starting pay: $18/hour (1099) Performance-based raises up to $36/hour Uncapped commission on converted appointments Six-figure earning potential for top performers

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern This is a great opportunity for experienced cold callers ready to step into a flexible role with real earning power.
