In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and connect with customers will play a crucial role in enhancing their shopping experience and achieving store goals. You will be working Tuesday – Friday 9:00-5:30 and Saturday 9:00-3:00. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Skills Proven sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products and services. Strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers. Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales potential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math for inventory management. Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
