Crew Member Ace Shawarma & Burgers Bronx, NY 10467 Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced quick service fast food environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cash handling, and being part of a dynamic team that thrives on building relationships with our customers. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner (Serve customers with a smile and a genuine conversation) Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety protocols. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Cleaning the store until it shines (because anything less doesn’t change the world!) Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
