Job Description
Boot Room Department Manager The Stagecoach West Irving, NY 14081 We are seeking a driven Boot Room Department Manager to join our team. In this role, you will order footwear, provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their footwear needs, and ensure that our Boot Room area is well-stocked and visually appealing. You will be part of a team that helps customers find the perfect pair of boots for any occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
Order footwear as need. This includes filling in missing stock, picking out new styles, and special orders for customers. Greet customers and assist them with footwear selection Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices Recommend footwear based on customer needs, preferences, and size. Assist customers with fitting and styling advice. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment. Participate in merchandising and maintaining the sales floor appearance Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work alone Knowledge of Western Boots and Work Boots a plus Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and technology, knowledge with Lightspeed POS a plus.
