More than a store—we’re a community hub for cannabis, wellness, and culture. As a startup, we’re looking for passionate team members who want to grow with us from day one. Job Overview We’re hiring Retail Associates to help launch and operate our flagship store. You’ll be part of a small, hands-on team helping create the store experience, interact with customers, and support daily operations. Responsibilities Assist customers with product education and purchases Share our brand story and mission with energy and professionalism Open and close the store responsibly Maintain product displays and store cleanliness Help with inventory, stocking, and compliance tasks Support events and community activations Work collaboratively with the team to build store systems and culture Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience Weekend availability is required Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with opening/closing procedures Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment Cannabis knowledge is a plus (but not required) Must be able to obtain NYS-required cannabis workforce certifications Perks $17•20/hour depending on experience Growth potential as the business expands Cannabis and retail training Staff discount
