Job Description:

As a Bridal Consultant at New Ivory Bridal, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through their bridal journey. Your primary responsibility will be to offer personalized, comfortable shopping experience ,guide brides in finding their dress. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client has a memorable and enjoyable experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre/ Post Appointment Communication:

Communicate prior to any appointment with a bride in order to confirm the appointment as well as educate them on what to expect in order to ease anxieties.

Appointments:

Conduct appointments with brides using the NIB sales method.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our bridal collections, including fabric types, silhouettes, and designers. Stay updated on trends in the bridal industry, particularly for mid to plus-sized fashion.

Sales and Customer Service:

Provide outstanding customer service from the initial Call through to the dress pickup. Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Visual Merchandising:

Assist in the organization and presentation of bridal wear in the store. Ensure that the store environment is welcoming and reflects our brand’s aesthetic.

Order Management:

Process special orders, properly measure the brides after they said yes. Educated them on the timeline of when they can expect the dress to come in.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to create a supportive and positive work environment. Participate in store meetings and contribute ideas for improving store operations and customer experience. As well as participate in down time tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Prior experience in bridal retail or a similar customer-focused role is highly desirable. Experience working with fashion is a plus.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and provide personalized, comfortable service. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Passion:

A genuine passion for bridal fashion and helping brides feel beautiful and confident. A commitment to understanding and embracing diverse body types and styles.

Flexibility:
