Nice Ash Cigars is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Marketing and Retail Sales Associate. This key role is responsible for managing daily retail operations and executing marketing responsibilities. You’ll be the person we count on to deliver excellent customer experiences, assist with marketing our business and ensure our websites are up to date with the latest products, promotions, and events. •Cigar knowledge and experience a plus but not required. Responsibilities Assist customers in-store and process transactions at the register Execute day-to-day retail operations and maintain store standards Promote store events and specials in-store, online, and on social media Maintain website with products, events & promotions (no website editing experience necessary) Utilize social media marketing and other basic marketing platforms Add upcoming events and promotions to Facebook and our website

Qualifications:

1+ year of retail and customer service experience (required) 1+ year of supervisory or management experience (preferred) Experienced with computers Proficient with Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Independence and ability to prioritize to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion Self-motivated with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset Review for pay increase after 90 day probation period.
