Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries. Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently. Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products and conducting product demonstrations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately. Break down orders and stock shelves Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. Assist in inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Qualifications Previous experience/knowledge of craft beer Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
