In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for sales will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions efficiently. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy. Uphold store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to engage customers through effective selling techniques, including upselling strategies. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous. A proactive approach to stocking merchandise and maintaining store appearance. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn about new products.
