Grab N Go MRKT is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fashion Buyer to join our team. This is a hands-on, buy-sell-trade position. The ideal candidate will work directly with customers, evaluating and selecting items that align with our store’s style, aesthetic, and customer base. If you have a love for vintage fashion, an eye for trends, and enjoy curating unique selections, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate items brought in by customers to determine what aligns with the store’s needs.
• Ensure selections meet quality standards, reflect current trends, and cater to the preferences of our clientele.
• Price items based on condition, brand, and market demand.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing buy-sell-trade area in the store.
• Educate customers on the buy-sell-trade process and foster a positive shopping experience.
• Stay updated on vintage and contemporary fashion trends to make informed buying decisions.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure inventory remains fresh, appealing, and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of vintage fashion, trends, and brands.
• Prior experience in fashion buying, retail, or resale is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sustainability and second-hand fashion is a plus.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
