• We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Your responsibilities will include ordering inventory and assisting customers in finding the right products, all while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

• Duties:

• Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, including restocking shelves as needed.
• Upsell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
• Warmly greet customers and help them locate products within the store.
• Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Accurately process transactions using a cash register, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to create an inviting atmosphere.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities is a plus.
• Familiarity with stock management practices to ensure inventory levels are maintained effectively.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn about new products and services.
