As a beem® Wellness Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales and enhancing the overall experience of our boutique, state-of-the-art studio. You will possess strong communication skills, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Membership Growth:

Ability to confidently communicate the science, technology, and unique benefits of beem® infrared sauna and red-light therapy to drive memberships.

Community Engagement:

Assist General Manager with hosting in-studio and community events to generate leads and create a fun, high-energy environment with an engaged membership culture.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure customer delight through consistent, top-notch service, personal greetings, anticipating needs, to ensure everything about each person’s visit is outstanding.

Front Desk Operations:

Handle front desk systems, including member check-in, phone inquiries, guest registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests and new membership agreements.

Operational Efficiency:

Ensure the reception area, suites and restrooms are clean and operationally sound, assisting with cleaning and sauna ‘refresh’ between appointments.

YOUR OUTSTANDING QUALITIES INCLUDE

Desire to excel at sales is a must. Experience as a salesperson in retail, service, fitness or spa is a plus Outgoing with healthy competitive spirit Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone and via email Professional, punctual, reliable and neat, with a solid work ethic and a strong moral fiber Self-starter, able to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset and a natural positive attitude Proficiency with computers and studio software Genuine desire to help people achieve their best health
