Pro Shop Attendant Turtle Stone Bar & Grill at Conesus Golf Club 1 Pine Alley, Conesus, NY 14435 Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while managing various retail operations within the pro shop. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Duties Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling. Assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations and selling merchandise. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are readily available for customers. Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote new items. Maintain a clean and organized pro shop environment, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-stocked. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the pro shop. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a cash register. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service and product knowledge. Willingness to learn about new products and participate in ongoing training opportunities.
