What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers with a warm, positive attitude Provide in-depth product knowledge and cannabis education tailored to customer needs Guide customers through the menu, making thoughtful recommendations Process sales using the Flowhub POS system accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays Follow all state and local cannabis laws and dispensary policies Assist with inventory, restocking, and opening/closing procedures Stay up to date on products, strains, effects, and industry trends Build trust and relationships with regular guests by offering consistent, exceptional service

What We’re Looking For:

21+ years of age Passion for delivering top tier customer service that makes every guest feel welcome Strong communication and active listening skills to better understand and assist customers Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented — you bring positive energy to every shift Ability to stay calm, focused, and professional in a busy retail environment Team-first mindset: willing to support co-workers and contribute to a positive workplace Enthusiasm for cannabis culture, education, and customer empowerment Willingness to learn and stay informed about products, laws, and compliance Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus Confidence using technology and point-of-sale systems Must complete New York State Responsible Workforce Training within 30 days of hire (we’ll guide you!)
