Greeter Happy Goat Dispensary 1330 Mt Hope Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620 Where Best Buds Meet – Join the Herd at Happy Goat! At Happy Goat Dispensary, we’re on a mission to offer the highest quality cannabis products while creating a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for every guest. As the first face people see when they walk through our doors, our Greeters play a vital role in setting the tone for a friendly, safe, and seamless experience. We’re looking for outgoing, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to welcome guests and support our team on the front lines.

What You’ll Do:

Greet each guest with a warm smile and positive energy Check identification and verify age in compliance with New York State regulations Provide basic information about products, services, and store layout Manage the flow of guests by coordinating with budtenders and other staff Assist with general inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas Track guest preferences or visits using our check-in system (training provided) Assist with line management and help create a safe, smooth entry process Help resolve minor issues and escalate concerns when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

21+ years of age Passion for delivering a welcoming, first-class customer experience Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and dependable personality Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced setting Team player who is always willing to help where needed Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus Comfortable using or learning basic technology and check-in tools Cannabis knowledge is helpful but not required — we’ll train you!
