In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the right mobile solutions to meet their needs. You will engage with customers in a retail environment, utilizing your expertise in mobile technology and retail sales to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties Assist customers in selecting mobile devices and accessories that best suit their needs. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with stock organization. Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Stay informed about the latest mobile technology trends and product offerings to better assist customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in a grocery store or similar environment, is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Proficiency in cash register operations and POS systems. Knowledge of retail math principles is advantageous for managing inventory and sales reporting.
