Entry Level Customer Engagement Sales Specialist One Percent Tampa Floral Park, NY 11005 We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Engagement Sales Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering excellent service, and driving sales through meaningful customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage proactively with retail customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Build and maintain positive relationships with new and returning customers Collect and enter customer information in SalesForce to complete sales Support the sales team in achieving performance targets through exceptional service and follow-through Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism Log and track customer interactions and insights using internal systems or CRM tools
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; training provided Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude Basic computer literacy; ability to learn CRM or point-of-sale systems Strong problem-solving and listening skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed
