Job Description

Inside Sales Associate elliquence, LLC Baldwin, NY 11510 As a global company, elliquence educates physicians on the least invasive procedural solutions for spine pathology and provides our unique and specialized tools to support these procedures. The procedures are truly the least invasive solutions available today and generally begin with targeting the spinal anatomy with a spine needle. Our tag line, “Less is More” is the absolute truth. Position Overview We’re looking for a driven and detail oriented Inside Sales Associate to support our growing sales team. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating sales efforts, supporting physician and facility relationships, and helping turn opportunities into results. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a strong inside sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Inside Sales Associate Key Responsibilities Support daily operations for distribution partners, physicians, hospitals, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). Assist sales leadership with price quotes, sales tracking, and logistics for training events and projects. Follow up on leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and referral sources. Communicate our product value proposition clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders. Provide on-site support for trade shows and labs (including occasional evening events and Saturdays). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

What We’re Looking For Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (BA/BS in related field).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in inside sales—medical devices or B2B preferred. Internship or marketing experience a plus.

Skills & Traits:

Strong verbal and written communication, ability to communicate effectively with team and externally with customers and vendors. High attention to detail and multitasking ability. Highly motivated, confident, self-director and willing to learn new skills quickly. Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently. Driven, proactive, and deadline-oriented. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP a plus

Other Requirements:

Ability to work on-site in Baldwin, NY. Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours (including some Saturdays). Pay Range:
