Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are up to date. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques. Skills Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic retail math skills for managing transactions and inventory counts. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
