Bogner, known worldwide for exclusive and luxurious designer sports fashion, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate with luxury retail sales experience to join the Bogner of America team at our Woodbury Commons location in Central Valley, NY . This is a part-time position with a pay scale of $17-$19/hour plus commission. The Retail Sales Associate provides the highest level of customer service to retail customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise. Associate is expected to develop and maintain client relationships to increase sales. Associate must be proficient with our retail software and maintain visual standards of sales floor.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Welcome customers into the store; engage in friendly conversation; answer any inquiries Check store voicemails daily and return calls in a timely manner Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Create and build clientele book by recording purchases and specific information about clients Maintain visual standards of store at all times Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, seasonal and yearly basis Be knowledgeable about in-store and Ecomm product Process POS purchases, returns, store credits, exchanges, etc. Assist with receiving of shipments

Qualifications:

High school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience in high-end retail. Preference is given to candidates with a flexible schedule that covers assorted opening, mid, closing, and weekend shifts.

Physical Demands:

In general, a moderate degree of physical stamina is required to perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is regularly required to move around the store, and prolonged periods of standing are often necessary. The employee frequently reaches with hands and arms, with some bending and twisting, to unpack boxes and to retrieve and hang merchandise.
