We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Marijuana Budtender to join our team, who is looking to build a career at Strain Stars. As we grow the ideal candidate would want to grow with us. Will have a passion for cannabis as well as the industry and a deep understanding of the various strains, products, and regulations surrounding the sale of marijuana. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering questions about products, and helping customers find the best product for their needs.

Responsibilities:

Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey; advise them on cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and budget. Answer customer questions and concerns; ensure that they are well-informed and leave the store satisfied with their purchases. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Process customers’ payments via the dispensary’s point of sales system; ensure compliance in all transactions. Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned. Meet and exceed sales goals Budtender Job Qualifications / Requirements In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, accessories, and consumption methods In-depth knowledge of all products carried in-store Impeccable customer service skills Retail Budtender experience preferred Minimum 21 years of age Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID Must pass any required background checks

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
