The role involves direct communication with clients, writing memos, handling orders and reorders, and supporting day-to-day operations. Candidates must have prior experience in the diamond or fine jewelry industry, be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, and numerical skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Work with customers and take orders and reorders. Help customers with diamond questions. Work well with excel and word. Advanced Excel a must! Need to know V lookup and Pivot Tables Able to multitask and work in a team environment sales driven person
Requirements:
Previous diamond experience is a must College degree or pertinent work experience Excellent communication, organization and time management skills Strong computer skills – excel, word and outlook skills a must Microsoft Team Positive attitude and team player Please have at least 2 year experience of pertinent work experience prior to applying to this position. This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday.
