What You Will Do:
The TikTok Shop Activation Lead is the architect of our creator engagement strategy, synchronizing efforts with agency partners to maximize impact. This role leads and develops our dynamic affiliation program, identifying and onboarding key creators to amplify our brand message and reach. This individual will spearhead content strategy and affiliate program development to drive both sales and brand engagement on TikTok. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem and the ability to develop and execute effective brand plans, coupled with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and ever-changing digital landscape.
Responsibilities Affiliate Program Management:
Design and oversee the creation of the CPD Affiliation Program. This encompasses all aspects of the program, including: Defining the program structure and incentive programs to attract and retain top-tier affiliates. Establishing clear guidelines and communication protocols for affiliates. Continuously optimizing the program to maximize divisional economies of scale and ROI by analyzing program performance and making data-driven adjustments.
Content Strategy:
Develop and execute the overall content strategy for the CPD, encompassing both brand-led and affiliate-generated content. This includes establishing a clear content calendar, defining content pillars, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Drive synergies between TikTok Shop activities and brand social strategies, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints. This involves close collaboration with social media and brand marketing teams to integrate TikTok Shop seamlessly into the broader brand narrative. Identify and implement effective content strategies that drive both brand awareness and sales results. Continuously analyze content performance and adapt strategies to optimize engagement and conversions. Stay abreast of evolving TikTok trends and best practices.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader brand campaigns whenever possible for a unified brand experience. Develop detailed campaign plans to ensure efficient budget allocation and performance tracking.
Sales Forecast Management:
Collaborate with relevant teams to provide input on content’s potential impact on sales, ensuring alignment between content performance and brand sales targets. Analyze data and trends to support go-to-market strategy. This involves using data analytics tools to track content performance, identify key drivers of sales and make recommendations for future campaign optimizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as a key point of contact for TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs) facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on all TikTok Shop campaigns and initiatives, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach. This also includes sharing insights and data from TikTok Shop activities to inform broader business strategies.

Bachelor’s degree Proven experience (6-8 years) in brand engagement, social media and/or content Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, particularly on TikTok Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Strong project management and organizational skills Data analysis skills to track and optimize campaign performance
Preferred Qualifications:
