Role:

We are currently seeking a Retail Key Holder to provide essential support to our Store Leadership Team and help ensure seamless day-to-day operations at our NYC flagship. In this role, you’ll take on key responsibilities , including opening and closing the store, processing transactions, and delivering outstanding customer service . We’re looking for a motivated, customer-centric retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and has a passion for fragrance. Bilingual in French is a plus , as we aim to offer a welcoming experience to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Sales Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized service to all clientele. Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets . Stay well-informed about product offerings, promotions, and brand stories to enhance the customer journey. Operations & Leadership Support Open and close the store on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation . Accurately process incoming shipments and ensure thorough completion of daily checklists. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with precision and efficiency. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean, organized store environment. Team Collaboration & Coaching Serve as a positive role model on the sales floor, coaching, motivating, and mentoring fellow team members. Actively participate in in-store events to drive brand awareness and community engagement.

Requirements:

Prior retail experience required (fragrance industry experience a plus). Previous experience in a key holder or supervisory role preferred. Passionate about prestige beauty and luxury fragrance. Experience working in a high-volume retail setting is highly desirable. Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in operating retail POS systems. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
