Our company has lighting showrooms in NYC and LA. We quote products to clients around the country and world. All our business is conducted through email with product quotes and invoices sent as PDF attachments.

  • Position Summary:
  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven associate who is knowledge with excel, QuickBooks, and product data-entry tasks.

Our sales team requires support in creating quotes and invoices for lighting fixture products we sell. We also require support with product pricing and data entry for products. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating accurate sales quotes and invoices which include detailed product information. The product information includes measurements, finishes, product colors, lamping information, and other details. Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is essential, as well as strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team and respond to inquiries. Regular availability throughout the day is required. You will work directly with experienced sales associates who will guide you throughout the job. There is also regular assistance needed with product pricelists and photo organization. This position is remote.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and manage sales quotes, invoices with precision and timeliness.
  • Utilize Excel and QuickBooks for data entry, product quotes, order invoices, and reporting.
  • Work closely with team members to understand the order details, product details, and to input all the information on our company paperwork. Accurately written details and information in essential.
  • Work closely with experienced team members creating and editing product pricelists on excel.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Communicate effectively and patiently with internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and computer programs in general.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability throughout the day for collaboration and support.
