Job Description
Retail Sales Associate Boglioli Retail Corp 10 Bond Street, New York, NY 10012 Profile Min 5 years in ready to wear store of previous retail sales experience , merchandising, and stock activities, posses basic computer skills to operate our retail POS system Must be a sales-driven, goal-oriented individual with a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality, must be a relationship builder, demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills Must be a quick thinker who listens to the customer and can identify his/her needs, able to create elevated levels of sales and provide exceptional client service by maintaining a positive service-focused attitude, able to develop personal sales techniques, maintaining solid product knowledge, able to organize, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines Mission and Role Able to ensure that company/store policies and procedures are communicated in a timely manner and adhered to accordingly, able to achieve “clienteling” and data capture goals Able to ensure at all times image and grooming standards are reflective of the brand image Able to guarantee the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked, and reflects the correct visual image Must Be a positive role model by sharing information with other members of the team, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently, be respectful of company strategies, address concerns with colleagues as needed and follow-up with managers, update store management team about the progress of the store on a regular basis and communicate inventory needs Able to execute cashier responsibilities such as returns and exchanges, to ensure that all sales related policies and procedures are maintained, cash handling, able to assist in all areas of stock, processing shipment, receipt, transfer, inventory, and related paperwork, in a timely manner, able to maintain store security, protect company assets by following all loss
