Role:

We’re seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused On-Call Retail Sales Associates to support our high-traffic retail location. This is a fast-paced environment where being a quick learner, confident communicator, and strong salesperson are key. You’ll be stepping into a role that requires adaptability, professionalism, and an ability to learn on the fly.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a positive, knowledgeable approach Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences Upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer experience and sales Quickly absorb product information and compliance basics Maintain store appearance and support inventory restocking Be available on short notice to fill in as needed

Shifts Available:

9:00 AM

• 5:00 PM 11:00 AM
• 7:00 PM 5:00 PM
• 1:30 AM (high need)

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality Fast learner with a professional and proactive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a high-energy environment Must be 21+ and eligible to work in New York State Preferred but
