Your Impact Deliver exceptional service, guiding customers through product features and helping them select the right plants. Drive sales through relationship building, product knowledge, and teamwork. Support inventory management and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store. Participate in store events and contribute to a fun and engaging store culture. Handle POS transactions and post-purchase follow-up to encourage repeat business. What You Bring Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and a love for customer service. Team player who takes initiative and ownership. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail setting. Retail or hospitality experience preferred; Shopify experience a plus. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
