Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in order to provide accurate information to customers _Shipment of web orders daily

Requirements:

• Previous experience in footwear sales required
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to sell products and meet sales targets
