Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective sales techniques and operational support. This position requires a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support throughout their shopping experience. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs. Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability. Ensure team is set up for success with appropriate stock levels on the salesfloor. Perform retail math calculations to assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively. Operate cash handling processes efficiently, including cash register operations and transaction processing. to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their purchasing decisions. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring data accuracy. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or concerns over the phone. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand standards. Requirements Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong upselling skills with a proven ability to sell products effectively. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers is advantageous. Basic knowledge of retail math concepts for pricing and inventory management. Experience with is a plus, showcasing the ability to engage customers effectively.
