Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates to join our team for the holiday season (July- February)! Summary of Position The part-time Seasonal Retail Associate is responsible for supporting the store in delivering highly engaging customer journeys, helping cement Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand. You embody Canadian Warmth, demonstrating expertise in every recommendation and conveying warmth in each interaction, helping bring the guest journey to life. You consistently operate at the highest level, always demonstrating a passion for the customer. Ultimately, you collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless customer journey and are a steward of Canada Goose’s values and culture.
What You’ll Do:
Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to driving your store’s results. Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions. Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration. Assist in driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and selling metrics—such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, and units per transaction through the introduction of new, underperforming, and strategic product categories to customers. Support the overall store upkeep by maintaining physical standards and cleanliness, organizing the stockroom, efficiently processing inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently replenished to deliver a seamless customer experience. Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge and cross-department partnership Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards while following all other standard operating procedures with excellence. Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.
Let’s Talk About You:
Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment. Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with the flexibility to work retail hours including evenings. Self-motivated and able to work independently while demonstrating strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills, with the awareness of seeking guidance when needed. Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Contribuer à créer un environnement de magasin positif grâce à une communication, à un travail d’équipe et à un partenariat efficaces avec l’équipe du magasin. Assister et participer à l’ensemble des réunions, événements et séances de connaissance sur les produits du magasin. Contribuer à augmenter notre indice de recommandation client (IRC) et d’autres mesures de vente et de service, dont la conversion, le montant en dollar moyen par transaction, le nombre moyen d’unités vendues, etc. Contribuer à augmenter les unités par transaction (UPT) du magasin en proposant activement des catégories « nouveaux », « faible rendement » et « stratégique ». Développer, conserver et préconiser la gestion des relations personnelles avec les clients au moyen du service après-vente et d’un engagement après-vente auprès des clients. Suivre les procédures d’exploitation du magasin pour réduire au minimum les pertes en magasin. Traiter toutes les transactions au point de vente (PDV) de façon conforme aux normes de l’entreprise. Offrir son soutien dans l’entretien général du magasin physique et le respect des normes. Parlons de vous : Au moins un an d’expérience en matière de service à la clientèle, de préférence dans un environnement axé sur les clients Une bonne compréhension des activités du magasin et de la génération de ventes Une expérience de travail antérieure avec des marques prospères et de luxe dans des lieux à fort trafic De solides compétences en matière de gestion du temps, d’organisation et de conciliation des tâches La capacité de travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur le travail d’équipe D’excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles Des compétences de base avec Microsoft Office La maîtrise d’une autre langue est un atout What’s in it For You?
