As the Store Leader of Product and Operations for our flagship location, you’ll play a key leadership role in running the day-to-day businessensuring the store operates smoothly, inventory stays sharp, and our product is always presented at its best. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll oversee operations, inventory, product flow, and in-store execution. You’ll work closely with the Senior Store Leader to drive results, lead through complexity, and build strong routines that support both the team and the business. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure the team is set up for success each day from managing product flow, getting new launches to the floor, or supportingbusiness critical needs Own the back-of-house: maintain an organized stockroom, lead shipment processing, product lifecycle, and keep your team focused on meeting productivity goals. Manage inventory accuracy from end to end. This includes replenishment, sizing, product placement, cycle counts, damages, returns, and making sure sell-through trends are communicated throughout the team Lead operational training and make sure everyone on the team understands and follows store procedures, safety policies, and compliance guidelines. Oversee supplies, back of house tools, and in-store technology to keep things running smoothly and flagging any issues early Partner with the leadership team to analyze business performance, identifyopportunities, and adjust the plan accordingly. Support the visual merchandising experience alongside the Senior Store Leader and Visual Merchandising team. You’ll support launches, plan floor sets, and help the team adjust based on feedback and performance. Bring the store to life with clear product storytelling and thoughtful placement. You’ll make sure new arrivals are featured, promotions are visible, and the product always looks strong. Lead store upkeep and maintenanceincluding fixtures, supplies, and space managementso the store is always customer ready. Lead team training on collections, materials, and brand inspiration, and help connect the team to the “why” behind the product and product storytelling. Partner cross-functionally to share feedback on assortment, product performance, and allocation. Requirements Strong leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally Flagship, with a focus on operations or product. Confidence in managing inventory, running back-of-house systems, and leading the team through daytoday operations and overseeing the product lifecycle. We expect you to have a deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers. We expect you to prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to handle any issues that may arise in the store. We require effective communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers and team members. It is important for you to have a good understanding of sales techniques and be able to motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets. Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift We value flexibility and expect you to be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
