Role:

As a Team Lead, you’ll work hands-on with your team while also coaching and motivating 5-10 Retail Associates to meet daily sales and service goals. Your role is part sales, part leadership, and 100% focused on creating memorable guest experiences and helping to drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

Lead by example in capturing and selling photos and videos to guests. Motivate your team to exceed daily performance goals (KPIs). Support training, coaching, and team development. Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume location. Collaborate with site leadership to maintain smooth operations. Work across various locations inside One World Observatory (must be comfortable with heights).

Requirements:

1+ year of frontline leadership experience (keyholding, assistant manager, supervisor, etc.) Experience in retail, customer service, or sales Strong communication and team-building skills Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day Open availability, including weekends and holidays Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Multilingual skills a plus Receptive to commuting to One World Observatory in
