Adecco is recruiting for a Pool Sales Associate for a client in Syracuse, NY. This is a direct-hire opportunity paying $17/hour plusmission!

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about the pool and spa industry? Do you have experience in providing exceptional customer service while helping customers enjoy and maintain their pools and spas? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Our client has been a leading provider of pools and spas in Central New York for over 75 years, offering top-of-the-line products and expert services. As a Pool Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering the ultimate customer experience, supporting the store team, and helping customers achieve their backyard dreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their pool and spa needs, including product rmendations and care advice.
Guide customers through water testing services and provide rmendations for maintenance products and solutions.
Use your knowledge of pool and spa products to answer questions, offer solutions, and encourage repeat business.
Handle sales transactions using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficient processing.
Maintain a clean, weing store environment and support merchandising and inventory control to keep products in stock.
Assist with store operations to ensure sales targets are met and customers’ expectations are exceeded.
Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive retail environment.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent; ability toplete required training.
Proven customer service skills, with a strong background in pool and spa care preferred.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and strongmunication skills.
