You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving product sales. Duties Supervise and manage stock levels to ensure product availability. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Exhibit phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead by example. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in retail sales with a focus on customer engagement. Ability to perform product demos confidently and enthusiastically. Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and services.
