Job Responsibilities Customer Engagement:

Provide friendly, personalized service to customers, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Product Assistance:

Help customers select the perfect West Point Academy-branded apparel, offering product recommendations and styling advice.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with your team to create a welcoming and positive environment, assisting with daily store operations and smooth sales floor activities.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, including sizing, styles, and materials, to make informed recommendations to customers.

Sales Support:

Contribute to achieving store sales goals by creating meaningful interactions that encourage purchases and build loyalty.

Store Maintenance:
