Greenhouse / Indoor Grow Team Members (Full-Time & Part-Time) – Hydro Grow New York Are you passionate about horticulture and looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic indoor growing environment? Hydro Grow New York is seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members for our state-of-the-art greenhouse and indoor grow operation in Waterport, NY ! We’re looking for reliable individuals who are eager to contribute to all aspects of our cultivation process. Key Responsibilities Include:

Planting and transplanting various crops. Watering and nutrient management for optimal plant health. Maintaining a clean and organized grow environment. Trimming and pruning plants to encourage robust growth. Filling pots with soil/media and preparing for cultivation. General crop maintenance and care. Some lifting is involved.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 21 years or older (strict requirement). Possess reliable transportation to our Waterport, NY facility. Availability to work both during the week and on weekends . A strong commitment to punctuality and attendance. Individuals who are detail-oriented, willing to learn, and work well in a team.

Compensation:
