at The Officer’s Quarter, a men’s collection that is an extension of our primary shop, The Cold Spring General Store.

We’re excited to be inviting a new sales associate to join our small and vibrant team at our Main Street store location. We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic about style. Whether you’re helping someone find the perfect outfit or building long-term customer relationships, you’ll be an essential part of our small, supportive team. Menswear retail and front-facing customer experience is required!

Floor Staff Duties:

Be friendly, welcoming, and capable of multitasking while maintaining interaction with customers throughout the day. You must also be able to:

• learn our online Lightspeed Retail POS system at the register
• learn details about apparel and products in order to inform and answer questions for our customers
• perform small, daily cleaning and lifting tasks
• intake inventory thoroughly and efficiently, and organize products on the floor and in storage
• answer phones and take detailed phone orders and messages for management
• be able to carry up to 25lbs on a semi-regular basis and stand for long periods throughout the day on the sales floor. Since this is a retail store location, applicants for our sales associate position should be regularly available most weekends throughout the year and around the holidays, for shifts scheduled between the hours of 10:30am
• 6:30pm. No overnights or late evenings will be expected, or required. We are a very small team so reliability and the ability to be prompt are a prerequisite. Once employees are fully-trained, shift will include opening and/or closing duties. Starting pay rate is based on experience.

• PLUS COMMISION OF SALES MADE

• The position offers 3-5 days a week for 6-8 hours per shift.

• ONE WEEKEND DAY REQUIRED

• Applicants must be located within a reasonable commute to the store.
