Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a luxury retail environment, cultivating strong relationships and delivering personalized assistance and expert recommendations. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of luxury watch and jewelry brands, including their features, materials, and unparalleled craftsmanship, effectively showcasing the value and uniqueness of each product. Execute seamless point of sale transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, while handling customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services such as watch batteries, repairs, adjustments, and warranty. Maintain a tidy and visually appealing sales floor, organizing and displaying merchandise to captivate customers, while also conducting inventory management tasks such as receiving new stock and restocking display cases. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market competition, and product knowledge through continuous learning and training, actively contributing to sales growth and customer engagement. Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets, actively contributing to the overall team’s success, participating in promotional events, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security measures and confidentiality guidelines, upholding a high level of personal presentation and adhering to our company’s dress code and grooming standards.

Requirements:

Full-Time Job Valid driver’s license and US Citizenship Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Emails Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English speaking a plus
