While shifts may not be scheduled every week, we would often reach out for additional shifts as needs arise, who enjoy returning to support our retail store on call. We are a New York City-based company opening our first retail store in Forest Hills! We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and service-oriented Store Support to provide in-person support to our customers—mainly students and families shopping for school uniforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly, professional manner. Assist children with school uniform fittings and support parents by providing guidance on sizing while ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience. Handle in-store payment transactions. Flexible schedule, enjoys a side job. Must reside within a one-hour commute of Forest Hills, NY. A friendly and support-oriented attitude. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus. Comfortable with standing for shifts and handling light lifting from time to time.
