Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with in-store purchases Take phone and online orders using Square POS Make hand-tied bouquets and basic vase arrangements Restock flowers, prep buckets, clean the shop Assist with event prep and flower processing as needed Maintain a clean, inviting storefront ???? Ideal Candidate Has 1+ year floral design experience (retail or studio) Comfortable working the register and taking orders Friendly, fast, and presentable under pressure Speaks English well; Spanish or Greek a plus Lives near Astoria or has reliable transit Principals only.
